Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow.
Whilst learning on the job, the role primarily involves processing and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to employees using multiple payroll systems, coding of timesheets, data entry of payroll and office administration tasks including liaison with clients and employees via email and phone.
Skills and experience required:
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
- A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries and;
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
