Payments
We offer secured online payment methods for posting a job ad on Find Me Vacancy. On the checkout page you can pay instantly using major credit cards. We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa Cards, JCB, ELC, Union Pay and many more.
We accept all the major debit and credit cards including debit cards and payment gateway from Germany, France, and other European countries. Please check your account if it has enough fund to process the transaction and if the payment still won’t go through please advise of issue to our team via chat, email or direct number.
If you recently purchased the digital subscription and have used our product you are not eligible for refund. However, any unused products and subscription, if are returned in their original stage and within the cooling period, are eligible for full refund. You can talk to our team about the refund.
Any coupons received during the sign ups, or via our newsletter can be redeemed during checkout. If you encounter an issue to redeem a coupon, please inform our team via chat box or email.
All the account details and profile details can be changed and managed inside the user dashboard. Login to your account and click the profile tab to make changes to your account.
Jobs & Employers
You can hide your profile from the online community however your employer will be able to see your profile. You can hide your profile in the profile section by clicking profile hide “Hide”. We recommend approaching your FMV profile like an online profile that showcases your skills and qualifications even when you’re not actively looking for a new role.
You can contact the employers either by sending direct message, email or ringing in their contact number as these fields are mandatory for employers.
You can simply change your primary email by changing it in your dashboard. To change or update your password you need to go through the password reset system/forgotten password. You will receive a password reset email once you initiate the process.
You can upload a logo to use on your job ads, by clicking your business name at the top right of the page and selecting Logos. Next, click Upload logo at the top left of the page and select the file you want to upload. We accept files up to 2MB in size and the image must be in .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp format.
You can edit your job ad as many times as you like (its free). If you’re signed in to your account, simply click the My Jobs tab at the right side of the dashboard, then click the edit button and make your changes.
Once you complete writing your ads you will be able to see your ads. When you are ready you can submit set your ads live. To return to your job ad, click the close button (X) at the top right-hand side of the page.
If it’s your first time advertising on Find Me Vacancy, it can take up to 2 business hours for your ad to go live as your account needs to be verified first. Keep an eye on your inbox as our compliance team will be in touch if they need to confirm any details.
If your visibility is set to Show, employers can either contact you via the details contained within your resume or send a message via Find Me Vacancy inviting you to view and apply the job opportunity. If your visibility is set to Hidden, employers can’t send a message via Find Me Vacancy.
You will need to enter a salary range when creating your job ad in Find Me Vacancy. However, you can choose to hide this information on the job ad by leaving the salary field blank.
Note: On average, job ads that display salary attract a higher number of applicants.
