About the role
The Reward Advisor will provide specialist remuneration advice, guidance and solutions to both People and Culture professionals and line managers within a client portfolio. You will develop and foster strong working relationships with your P&C and leadership stakeholders, working collaboratively to create relevant reward solutions and outcomes, whilst ensuring alignment and compliance with company policy, frameworks and relevant legislation.
Within your portfolio, the key delivery and focus areas of the Reward Advisor include:
• Leading the annual remuneration review and STI processes
• Conducting job evaluations (Mercer IPE) and aligning positions within the company framework
• Ensuring appropriate remuneration governance is applied through the employment lifecycle, partnering with People & Culture and line managers
• Leading annual industry remuneration survey submissions, including analysing and integrating industry remuneration data into internal frameworks and practices
• Supporting and where required, leading the review of company policy, process, frameworks and practices to drive continuous improvement and best practice
• Partnering with People & Culture and leadership teams on various P&C and reward projects, including workforce and organisational changes
This role reports to an experienced and supportive manager and works within a dynamic and friendly national team with solid and well-established foundations set in place.
About you and you skills
• Solid experience within a remuneration function in an ASX listed organisation, with an ability to analyse salary data and provide remuneration solutions
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or related field, along with Job Evaluation accreditation and experience
• SAP knowledge highly desired
• Extensive experience managing cyclical activities and ability to manage a large client portfolio
• Extensive experience managing industry remuneration surveys, data and reports
• Proven business partnering expertise, providing support to a major functional area, operating within a dynamic, matrixed and multi-site environment
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Excellent organisation, planning, time management and stakeholder management skills
