We are currently seeking a part time customer service professional at our Toowong branch. This is a permanent part time opportunity consisting of 25 hours per week.
Please note, rosters are pre-determined. Before applying, please ensure you are available for the following hours:

Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm with Thursday 12pm – 5pm

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank – in branches, on the phone, through video conferencing and online together we deliver a seamless banking experience to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.

More specifically you will:

  • Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
  • Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs; identify any changes
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback, take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
