It’s an exciting time to be a part of the Fortescue family and we are looking for experienced Organisational Development professionals to join our Organisational Development team.
Our Organisational Development team creates and implements fit for purpose leadership, talent, development, and diversity initiatives and programs to support organisational needs. It’s important that our team works closely with team members across the business and live our Fortescue Values every day. Key responsibilities include:
- Creation and facilitation of multiple Fortescue leadership programs at all levels of leadership
- Proactively identifying, coordinating and leading improvement ideas to help leaders achieve positive cultural outcomes
- Identifying new ways to enhance and strengthen leadership capabilities across Fortescue
- Leading the delivery of the diversity, inclusion and belonging plan, including leading and supporting various on-site and company-wide initiatives
- Leading Fortescue engagement initiatives with other teams including the business-wide recognition program, mentoring program, Senior Leader Forums and Values Forums
- Managing external providers
- Succession planning
- Conducting interviews and focus group sessions to help identify cultural improvement initiatives
- Consistent demonstration of Fortescue’s Values at all times.
Education and Experience:
- Tertiary qualified in Psychology, Human Resources, Learning and Development or equivalent business leadership experience
- Ability to facilitate and lead both group and one-on-one discussions
- Ability to define and execute cultural improvement initiatives
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate leaders and key stakeholder groups
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight timelines, deal with ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities
- Experience working internationally would be highly regarded.
