Element Richmond Melbourne is looking for a Duty Manager to join the Front Office team on a Full-Time basis.

About The Role 

  • Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
  • Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation.
  • Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
  • Influence the team and assist in progressing their career goals
  • Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a mind blowing service experience.
