The opportunity

The Corporate Accounts team provides outstanding service to Medibank’s Corporate clients and through their broker network. We have 2 fantastic opportunities for a Corporate Account Advisor to join their team on a fixed term contract until April & September 2023.

Ideally based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, the role is varied and no two days are exactly the same. Reporting to the Corporate Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of corporate clients and assisting them with invoicing, payments, reporting, quality checking, general enquiries and customer service.

What impact will you have?

The role is fast-paced and requires someone with previous experience in a finance role (AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations) who enjoys working directly with clients and providing outstanding customer service.

It will be important for the role that you have an analytical mindset, bring a high degree of attention to detail and are comfortable in working with ambiguity.

You will have advanced excel skills and financial knowledge. Experience using various systems in Finance will also see you succeed in this position.

You love to investigate issues and are a problem solver who is keen to learn how things work. You will also have strong stakeholder skills and love working closely with your team.
