The Capability and Curriculum Manager plays a pivotal role in the Leadership, Capability and Experience (LCE) team. Working with key collaborators within LCE and across the business, you will run and evolve identified programs and curriculum within Strategic Capability and Talent team, ensuring ongoing alignment to Optus priority needs.
You will also work closely with internal and external partners to build and implement pathways, initiatives, and approaches in line with key priorities. This will support the development, management, and measurement of offerings, including ‘Optus U’ and talent leadership programs.
Your key ingredients for success …
- Proven corporate experience in a learning and development capability and or instructional design;
- Project management experience featuring designing and developing of employee learning journeys across the business for capability areas;
- Coordinate solutions and programs from end-to-end covering for example nominations, pre-work, program completion, refreshers and alumni as well as the overall learner experience;
- Liaise with stakeholders, LCE specialists and coordinators, external vendors, learners, their leaders, and program sponsors to ensure high quality execution and continuous improvement;
- Manage learning campaigns and resource sites/channels partnering with communication teams;
- Maintain program quality assurance through review, measurement and evaluation processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving expertise; &
- Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and influence at every juncture.
