Not only is the location in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, this store has state-of-the-art designs including Mobile, Fixed and entertainment products and services. Join our newly created team as we embark on a journey like no other.

As a Retail Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all elements of the customer journey are supported and maintained to the highest quality standards. You will support your Store Manager to maximise your team’s performance at every opportunity.

 

The Customer Experience Manager has the opportunity to optimise and amplify the customer experience through the following:

  • Ensuring all in-store technology and product demonstration / devices are working optimally, ready to be utilised by store staff and customers.
  • Providing coaching opportunities to team members by observing interactions and demonstrating a customer obsessed mindset.
  • Ensuring the store is up-to-date in terms of merchandising standards, allowing the customer to have the optimal experience.

  • You’re a natural leader and enjoy coaching, mentoring and performance managing retail consultants to build high performing teams that achieve targets.
  • You’re customer obsessed. You understand your customer base and the wider Brisbane community, and can meet and exceed their needs.
  • You’re future focused. You’re able to clearly demonstrate and support the Optus strategy and values to your team while actively embedding and communicating what it means to them.
