The opportunity
QBE Insurance are currently looking for Business Analysts that want an opportunity to take the next step in their career with a supportive organisation who will provide the training and guidance needed to take your career to new heights. We are seeking a BA that wants to grow and develop in the role, and there are a variety of projects and initiatives where this could occur.
QBE is undergoing a significant amount of transformation, highlighted not only by the nature of the projects being delivered, but also in challenging our ways of working. The successful applicant would be engaged on transformation initiatives as part of the Business Analysis Chapter, a highly engaged team of 50+ Business Analysts focussed on collaboration and strengthening their Business Analysis capabilities.
You will be a key member of the team, working directly with our business stakeholders to validate their needs and with our technology teams to support the implementation of solutions. In this end-to-end Business Analysis role, you’ll have clear accountability and remain involved to support each initiative through to implementation.

The candidate we are looking for must be inquisitive, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, combined with a strong desire to analyse and help solve complex business problems. You’ll also demonstrate:
- General Insurance industry expertise
- Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Experience in Agile ways of working
