Team Leader – Minchinbury DC| A Fresh New Direction

Your purpose is to lead and manage Team Members to meet safety, operations, people, customer and financial performance expectations whilst working together to put the right products in consumers hands as simply and safely as possible.

 

A summary of responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

 

  • Leading, motivating and engaging team members
  • Meeting team performance targets
  • Building and promoting a team environment focused on working collaboratively
  • Conducting team member assessments of competence
  • Completing administrative tasks associated with managing the team including management of leave, time and attendance and injury management.
  • Ensuring housekeeping and safe working practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
  • The use of effective communication techniques
  • Focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and processes

You will need to have flexibility to work afternoons, weekends, public holidays and our busiest times of year – Christmas and Easter.
