The Business Support Administrator role will be buddying up with another Coordinator in the Business Support team to support our Primary Freight Transport business. Primarily they will support in the set up of new and existing customers onboarded to our Primary Freight service, and assisting with daily master data updates, contact/warehouse detail changes, troubleshooting PO’s not in our TMS system and other queries from internal teams and customers. This is a vibrant role, not any day is the same, and would suit someone wanting variety in their work, and enjoys that bit of pressure everyday.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Setting up new customers/existing customers for the business in Salesforce
  • Make changes to existing customers accounts in Salesforce, SAP and TMS
  • Assist with vendor/carrier/internal business queries associated with customer’s accounts, purchase orders, depot information etc
  • Investigate and resolve vendor set up queries
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times
  • Perform analysis as requested by the business
  • Coordinating weekly functions to ensure deadlines are met in a professional manner
  • Allocation of the Primary Connect Mailbox including responding to internal customers, vendor and carrier queries in a timely manner
  • Open to cross training and learning new things progressively.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Will be comfortable coming into a team of high volume of work to be processed
  • Will be comfortable and confident in communicating to various stakeholders at all levels e.g. Sales Managers, Customer Service, Operations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Moderate literacy and documenting skills
  • The ability to take on work, prioritise and stay level-headed
  • Ability to work independently moving forward
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement further into the role
  • Experience using a variety of MS office suites or an interest in learning new systems
  • Previous experience in SAP, Salesforce, TMS highly regarded or have an interest to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in transport industry highly regarded
  • Understanding of Australian Retail and FMCG Logistics environment desirable
  • Experience in Data Administration and systems desirable but not essential with the right candidate.
