Job Description

The role of an Order Selector plays an integral role in ensuring that the right stock gets to the right store at the right time for our customers, Woolworths Supply Chain is constantly changing to meet our business demands. The position requires a strong sense of team work to ensure that the goods are dispatched in a timely manner.

We currently have Full Time 38 hours and Part Time 16-32hour opportunities available across all hours of operations Monday to Saturday.

Availability outside the indicated days may be required as per business needs and seasonal trading periods across all areas of the distribution centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Assembling and packaging stock appropriately for dispatch
• Operating industrial equipment in accordance to Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Housekeeping
• Despatch and receiving as required by operation and business needs

• Capacity to work in a physically demanding role
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Abide by company policies and procedures
• Ability to be able to work a flexible roster
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
