The Opportunity
This role will assist the Director of People to analyse and report upon a range of quantitative and qualitative employee information including demographic data, diversity, turnover and retention trends, remuneration and rewards, employee engagement and survey feedback, throughout the employee lifecycle.
In addition, you will oversee the HR Shared Services team which is responsible for updating employee information, to ensure employee records are accurate and complete.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Collate and analyse employee data to provide insights
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of employee information (demographic, turnover and retention, survey information) for the leadership team and for the WSP global head office
- Manage the capture, collation and storage of employee information to ensure the integrity and security of the data
- Respond to requests for routine and ad hoc reports and information
- Continuously improve HR information systems to increase the efficiency of processes.
Qualifications: (Indicative)
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business)
- Education and training in research and statistical analysis will be highly regarded
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
- Advanced skills with Excel, and other analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Ability to interpret information and distil key messages to present employee information in a simple and concise way
- Knowledge and experience with managing data securely and confidentially
- Working knowledge of HRIS and HR software and databases
- Experience with statistical analysis
